Wealden Funeral Services primarily use one of three crematoria locally for services, although others are available and can be used if requested. For direct cremations, we always use the Wealden Crematorium at Horam.

Wealden Crematorium, Horam

Due to its locality and modern open designs, this is probably our most popular crematorium. The Ceremony hall can seat over 120 mourners, plus ample standing room both inside and outside. Wealden Crematorium is a beautiful, state-of-the-art crematorium surrounded by glorious wildflower meadows, woodland and pasture with sheep grazing. The crematorium offers a peaceful and sensitive setting to say goodbye to loved ones.

Kent & Sussex Crematorium, Tunbridge Wells

The crematorium chapel can accommodate up to 90 people seated, with the entrance hall providing additional space for up to 30 people standing. It is a room designed to facilitate funeral services of all denominations and sects and does not display any fixed religious symbols or icons. There is also a room displaying our Books of Remembrance and an enclosed open-air flower court in which to view floral tributes following a funeral service.

Eastbourne Crematorium

The crematorium has two chapels; the Main Chapel which has space for around 80 mourners, and the smaller, more intimate Family Chapel, with seating for up to 25 guests.

The extensive grounds of Eastbourne Crematorium are filled with trees that offer peaceful, tranquil surroundings to remember your loved one.
